First-time setup

  1. Open the Shortcuts app (built into iOS — no download needed).
  2. Tap Automation → Create Personal Automation → NFC, then scan your Focus coin.
  3. Add actions: Set Focus (Do Not Disturb), then Open URL — paste this page's link.
  4. Turn off "Ask Before Running" so it fires instantly on tap.
  5. Done. Tap the coin any time to start your ritual.
  1. Install a free automation app — we recommend Tasker or Macrodroid.
  2. Create a new profile with trigger type NFC Tag, then scan your Focus coin.
  3. Add actions: enable Do Not Disturb, then Open Link — paste this page's link.
  4. Save the profile.
  5. Done. Tap the coin any time to start your ritual.
